On January 14, 2000, HomeSmart Real Estate announced its’ grand opening to the Phoenix, AZ. marketplace. Originally opened in 1997 under the name Continental Residential Investments, L.L.C., HomeSmart has grown from just 2 sales agents at it’s January 2000 grand opening to over 880 agents. HomeSmart is presently Phoenix’s fastest growing multi-office brokerage, and now consists of a corporate/agent office and 4 additional virtual offices in key Phoenix locations. The 33 year old founder and principal of HomeSmart International is Matt Widdows.

The goal of HomeSmart is to provide a work environment that cultures the highest level of integrity and customer service. It’s primary tool for achieving this goal is through the use of the latest technologies available. HomeSmart is always on the cutting edge and constantly looking for fresh, new ways to bring quality products to the real estate market.

On April 8, 2005, HomeSmart Real Estate of California opened the first California office in Temecula, CA. The Temecula location will ideally become the home base for additional offices to open in the four county areas of Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Orange.

The principals of HomeSmart Real Estate of California are Barbara Baker and Skip Bettarel, who are also officers of their parent corporation, Here, There and Everywhere, Inc. have a combined level of multi-faceted real estate experience of over 80 years in the industry. In their spare time the principals enjoy a variety of interests including golf, grand children, traveling, and assisting the less fortunate.
